Bitcoin faces challenges from an unfriendly regulatory environment, hedge fund Tudor Investment founder Paul Tudor Jones told CNBC. He also noted that lower consumer price growth could threaten the strategy of using bitcoin as a hedge against inflation. Nevertheless, Tudor Jones reiterated his allegiance to digital gold, noting its uncontrolled issuance. Earlier, he expressed his intention to invest 5% of his capital in bitcoin because of Federal Reserve (Fed) policies.
