💬How Adappter works:
The app can be a bit confusing so I figured I’d explain it. After you set up your account/wallet you can earn by interacting with content within the app. You don’t directly earn $ADP tokens. You actually earn eggs that have point values assigned to them. When you consume the egg you get the points and at the end of the season you will receive $ADP tokens in exchange for your earned points. The more points you earn, the more crypto you earn. You have to claim the $ADP rewards at the end of each season & can request a transfer to your personal wallet once you have enough.
🍳Eggs Explained:
So, those eggs mentioned above also have some more depth to them. The eggs go into a basket that can hold 8 eggs by default. Some eggs will be gold and others will turn gold if you let them sit for an hour or two. What is the difference in the gold eggs? Whenever you go to consume an egg/claim the points you will have a bonus option to get 2x the rewards by watching an advertisement. The golden eggs will allow you a chance to multiply the base value of the points by 2x up to 10x VIA a randomized spin. You can spend dice to increase the chances up to 100%. The golden egg multiplier applies to the original points balance and the 2x option will double that balance.
🪺So, here’s a quick example:
Let’s say I earn an egg worth 3,000 points just by logging in today. These eggs are maximum gold by default so I can open it instantly. Now let’s say I hit the 10x on the golden egg spin. That is now 30,000 points. Once I watch the brief ad will soy le that to 60,000 points.
As far as eggs go it’s a pretty simple system once you get it figured out. News articles will pay eggs worth 100 or more. The best paying ones are the daily log in (which has to be claimed within the store & once again within the “more” section of the app.) and by voting (in the info tab click “today” and click a project + scroll slightly. You’ll see buttons labeled up and down. Click one to vote & earn for it).
You don’t have to wait for the eggs to turn gold, but you get the chance for up to 20x the amount of you do. Seasons usually last a week or two, & at the end you will receive $ADP in exchange for your AP points.
