Jaguar XJ220 1993
We offer you one of the most beautiful supercars of all time.
Jaguar has a glorious history of sporting victories, but very rarely it produces "civilian" supercars. Therefore, the concept of a supercar presented in 1988 amazed everyone. In the shortest possible time, 1,500 orders were collected, but the company decided to limit the circulation to 275 copies. The pre-production copy debuted in 1991 at the Tokyo Motor Show. The release was discontinued in 1994.
Unfortunately, during the journey from the concept to the series, the car lost the 6.2-liter V12, instead of it, the car went to the series with a 3.5-liter V6 from Cosworth. With a 542 hp engine, the supercar accelerated to "hundreds" in 3.9 seconds, F1 pilot Martin Brundle was able to accelerate it on the track to 354 km/h. Before the McLaren F1, the XJ220 supercar was the fastest production car in the world.
