Ayaneo Pocket Air with AMOLED display became the company's first Android console
Ayaneo introduced Pocket Air, its first portable console running Android. It is designed to launch retro games, made in a compact case, received an AMOLED display and all the necessary buttons for gaming, including sticks and triggers based on Hall sensors.
Ayaneo Pocket Air is made in a 17 mm thick case and weighs 380 g. It was equipped with a 5.5-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels and a 16:9 aspect ratio. The manufacturer drew attention to the fact that the display and case are devoid of "light leaks" when the front panel next to the display or gaps between the glass and the case transmit the screen light.
The MediaTek Dimensity 1200 processor with Mali-G77 MC9 graphics and active cooling is responsible for performance. Inside there is a 7350 mAh battery. The case also accommodates stereo speakers, SoundTapMagic vibration motor, gyroscope, triggers and sticks based on Hall sensors. In addition, there is a redesigned AYAHome shell for Android.
Ayaneo Pocket Air is currently presented only on Indiegogo, but the fundraising campaign has not yet been launched, and the price of the console has not yet been announced.
