I will be greedy in this "crypto winter"
When Bitcoin was above 60 thousand, everyone was confident of further growth:
• Large funds, investors, companies and even countries purchased BTC
• Politicians, famous personalities, representatives of banks spoke positively about the crypt
• Analysts predicted further growth of BTC up to 100,000 or even up to a million dollars
• Everything was growing, new crypto startups and exchanges appeared daily
In other words, there was euphoria in the market, people did not even doubt further growth and continued to buy cryptocurrencies.
🥶 Now that the BTC rate has dropped below $20,000, the opposite situation is happening:
• Large crypto companies and funds on the verge of bankruptcy, whales in the red
• Negative news and lack of faith in cryptocurrencies are all around
• Analysts predict further decline
• Most of the largest cryptocurrencies have collapsed by more than 90% from their highs
Investors are capitulating, and traders are shorting and confident of further decline.
🎭 If we abstract from the price, then the current situation mirrors what happened at the peak of the market.
In the first case, BTC did not meet the expectations of most people and collapsed almost 3 times. As it usually happens, the "crowd" was wrong.
Will the "crowd" be right this time? Historically, this happens very rarely. A quote from Buffett is perfect here: "Be afraid when others experience greed. Be greedy when others are afraid."
