A British court has approved the service of documents of claim in the form of an NFT

A court in England and Wales has approved the service of documents related to communicating the essence of a claim to a defendant through an NFT. This was announced by the law firm Giambrone & Partners. Giambrone & Partners represents the founder of the gambling company Microgame Fabrizio D'Aloia. The latter filed a lawsuit against five cryptocurrency exchanges (Binance, Poloniex, Gate.io, OKX and Butkub), as well as a group of unknown individuals that embezzled his digital assets.
